All returns must have a Return Materials Authorization Number prior to making any return.

Dangerous Goods Items, Pre-Cleaned, and Embroidered Apparel are not returnable.  Returns for apparel must be made within 45 days of receipt for end-users and 90 days for distributors.  Returns for items that are not stocked by All-Pak are subject to the supplier’s discretion.

Returns are subject to a restocking fee and items older than one year will not be accepted.  Items must be in resalable condition.  Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.
