This is a 43mm injection-molded closure with very specific, tight dimensional tolerances including a linerless sealing feature with sharply defined threads to further ensure tight sealing. The closure also withstands 10 PSI and must stay tightly closed at 60 degrees Celsius in transport. |

All-Pak customer, sake2Me, was honored by the Glass Packaging Institute (GPI), by winning a Clear Choice award on May 5, 2008 at the Luxor Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. Since 1983 the GPI has been honoring glass packages in twelve categories in an effort to promote the use of glass packaging. sake2me’s award was for the Flavored Alcoholic Beverage category.
sake2me packages a lightly carbonated, flavored sake in a 187ml flint glass container. sake2me is based in Sausalito, California and currently sells its products in bars, restaurants, and groceries on the west coast. They intend to have national distribution by the end of 2008 and have agreements in place with major distributors in New York, Texas, and Pennsylvania.
